All Transactions are secure with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption, the industry standard, for encrypting all personal information, including name, address, and credit card numbers. When you order from us all your personal information is protected.
PAYMENTS
It’s easy to make a purchase at AXIL. You can pay for your order with most major credit cards.
SHIPPING
At this time, for orders placed at AXIL, shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5. Orders over $50 ship FREE. International orders are usually $20-45 for shipping fees, but can vary. International order shipping fees do not include customs, duties, or taxes. All orders are shipped from the USA via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. All orders are shipped within 12-48 hours from the time you place your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is subject to availability. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as possible upon being restocked. Please take shipping time into consideration when placing your order. Once your order ships, delivery across the USA usually takes 5-7 business days. International Shipping is 10-20 business days.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange for the same product or return your product.
For your convenience, we accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please contact us to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it.
Please note: for online returns, our 30-day return policy begins on the date your item(s) are delivered to you.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

A dealer SHALL NOT promote, market, advertise, offer to sell or sell any
AXIL product through any Amazon.com marketplace

except on Online Marketplaces and Restricted Websites as noted above.
AXIL actively participates in the Amazon.com Brand Registry
Program and similar programs to prevent the advertising and sale of
unauthorized, unlicensed, infringing, and/or counterfeit merchandise. Any
unauthorized sales of AXIL products on Amazon or other sites will be
removed as they are discovered. Ads from online sellers offering any auctions or
advertising sales will also be regularly removed or taken down.
2. Products purchased on Amazon from any other source other than AXIL will not come with the same warranties, money-back guarantees, and customer services as intended by us, AXIL, the manufacturer.
3. Under warranty or return/refund policy (if applicable): “This warranty does not
apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers, including
unauthorized sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com, or other third-party marketplace
websites.
